Job Summary

Fleet Healthcare is a leading mobile healthcare provider delivering physiotherapy, massage therapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, podiatry, dietetics and allied health services directly to clients in their homes.

We are committed to excellence, efficiency and compassionate care. Our Operations Team Lead will lead and oversee our growing administration team, ensuring our internal operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Manage and support a team of two onshore and two offshore administration staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Administration Operations: Oversee the day-to-day functions of the administration team, including scheduling, client enquiries, therapist enquiries, data entry and record management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work collaboratively with other departments, including operations, accounts and recruitment, to ensure seamless operations, enhance communication channels and resolve issues promptly.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all administration processes comply with company policies, industry standards and government regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration management or a similar leadership role, demonstrating strong leadership skills and ability to manage both local and remote teams.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, prioritising tasks effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, resolving conflicts and improving processes.
