Paper Scissors Rock Brew Co, a rapidly evolving microbrewery in Victoria's popular tourism hub of Halls Gap, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

Located on the Main Street in Halls Gap, we have enjoyed immediate success since our opening in April 2019. Our brewery produces all beer on site, and our menu features amazing dishes for our guests to enjoy while admiring the majestic mountains that surround this little brew pub.

We are looking for someone with energy, passion, and skill to contribute to our outstanding team. Appropriate qualifications and experience are required for this position. You will need to be self-disciplined and able to work in a small fast-paced environment.

We seek a creative mind to add to our team of forward thinkers who are making their mark on the region's evolving food scene. We are a close-knit team who work well together and have fun with what we do. This is a chance to live and work in a beautiful location where everyone else holidays.

We are offering an estimated salary of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. The role is full-time, but we would also welcome casual applications. Further information on the conditions is available upon request.
