About the Role:- Lead a high-performing team of accounting professionals in client advisory services, driving growth and excellence.
- Mentor staff through face-to-face interactions, fostering professional development and quality outcomes.
- Streamline office procedures to ensure quality control, accuracy, and efficiency in client deliverables.
Key Requirements:
- At least 7 years' experience in Australian tax and business advisory services as a Senior Accountant or equivalent role.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Strong leadership and client service skills, with a passion for developing others.
Collaborate closely with partners to provide strategic financial advice and help clients achieve their goals. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a Supervisor role within a growing client advisory team and enjoy a high level of job satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think critically and make sound decisions, and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
