About the RoleThe Executive Officer Governance and Risk will provide essential support to Monash College's primary decision-making bodies, including the Academic Board, Education and Training Committee, and various sub-committees, panels, and boards.
This role will assist the Governance and Risk team in managing complaints, ombudsman cases, communications, research, and data gathering, in addition to providing executive support, including meeting scheduling, agenda coordination, chair briefings, and preparing necessary documentation.
About the Ideal CandidateWe are seeking a naturally organized professional with proven experience in providing executive support, including meeting scheduling, agenda coordination, and preparing necessary documentation.
The ideal candidate will have exposure to governance, compliance, audit, or risk and/or experience working in a regulated industry. They will possess exceptional writing skills, the ability to research and interpret complex information, and a strong understanding of the Education industry.
