We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our team at ALPA. As a key member of our project team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the implementation of various projects across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with project team members to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for teams, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption.
  • Travel to remote locations to support our teams in change management processes.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Highly organised and efficient, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Previous project support experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new packages quickly.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
