Job Title

The Hungry Monkey Kiama is seeking a talented and driven individual to lead the front-of-house operations of our store. As a seasoned hospitality professional, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run the daily FOH operations of our Kiama store
  • Deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Manage and train a team of experienced hospitality professionals
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and product quality
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years of experience working in a large, fast-paced restaurant or cafe setting
  2. Proven track record of leadership and management skills
  3. Strong understanding of rostering and POS systems
  4. Knowledgeable of RSA Compliance and financial management
  5. Experience managing stock levels, ordering, and stocktaking
