We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our AWS Infrastructure Capacity Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional and technical teams to deliver Data Centre capacity and projects from strategy to deployment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Data Centre capacity and projects
- Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and priorities
- Manage remote project delivery teams and facilitate technical sessions to troubleshoot issues
- Build cross-functional matrix-based teams and establish trust with stakeholders
- Manage capital budgets and eliminate unnecessary activity
- Design solutions and remove blockers to accelerate project delivery
- At least 7 years of experience in project management of technical initiatives and strategic program management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Analytical talent and leadership skills, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management tools, methodologies, and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with MS Office, MS Project, and MS Share Point
- Experience with multiple project management methodologies
- Familiarity with the AWS product suite
- Experience managing projects in the APAC region
- Data Centre construction experience
- Data Centre Infrastructure (Power & Cooling) experience
