About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Catering Production Manager to join our team at Dnata Travel Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a large workforce to deliver high-quality food products to our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain high standards of production, focusing on labor hours, wastage, and flight schedules.
  • Ensure a high-quality standard of production, adhering to health and safety, food safety, and security protocols.
  • Diagnose and implement improvements in processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate activities involved in delivering our products.
  • Provide direction and support to a team of up to 300 Catering Attendants, coaching for high performance and creating an environment where everyone can excel.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in leading a large team is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in working within an operations environment, with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Experience in working in a Food Hygiene/Health & Safety/High Security environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience in managing more than 30 frontline staff.
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing a diverse group of employees.
  • A strong commitment to food safety and compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment is preferred but not essential.
