About the Role

The Production team at Roy Hill Mine Site is seeking a highly skilled Coordinator Production to join their team on a 7 Days on, 7 Nights on, 14 Days off Roster. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing coordination of overall performance of the Wet Processing Plant and Production Teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the production work group to ensure all activities on the operation plan are carried out in accordance with the appropriate work instructions and department directives.
  • Lead and motivate personnel to ensure effective working relationships are built and maintained with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Ensure safe operation of the processing plant, achieving at or above budget production rates.
  • Deliver the Operations Plan for safety performance, utilisation, throughput rates, and shift reports, documenting issues and follow-up.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in an Iron Ore processing plant or related industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Time management and organisational skills.
  • Certifications or qualifications in Processing, Metallurgy, or Mining are desirable.
  • Minimum C Class Manual Driving License.
