Fullstack Developer

This is an opportunity to take on a key role in the development of our AI features.

The ideal candidate will have experience with designing, prototyping, and productionizing services end-to-end from UI to data and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable services and user interfaces integrating large language models, embeddings, and workflow automation.
  • Prototype and deploy AI features for planning, compliance, and invoice validation.
  • Contribute across the stack: frontend with React/TypeScript, backend with Rust/Python services, and database management with pgvector.
  • Ensure quality through testing, observability, performance, and reliability.
  • Improve developer experience with continuous integration and delivery, feature flags, and safe rollout practices.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with exposure to React and Node JS.
  • Hands-on experience with AI products (large language models, RAG, embeddings, prompt tooling).
  • Fluency in programming languages such as Rust, Python, C/C++, and modern React.
  • Strong API design, data modeling, and Postgres experience.
  • A pragmatic approach to testing, telemetry, and incident-ready operations.
  • Experience with vector search (pgvector, FAISS, Pinecone).
  • Familiarity with JSON Schema and secure data handling.
  • Exposure to SAP or Salesforce systems would be beneficial.
