Job Opportunity: Senior AI Professional

We are seeking a skilled Senior AI professional to contribute to both frontend and backend R&D for our platform.

This role is ideal for engineers who are passionate about innovation, as you will have the opportunity to experiment with new technologies and solutions.

You will work across the entire technology stack, collaborating with designers, architects, business owners, and other developers and engineers to build prototypes with cohesive end-to-end features and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, and communicate prototypes.
  • Develop and troubleshoot prototypes with both frontend and backend components, ensuring adherence to team coding standards, architectural patterns, and security practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects, including AI systems and agent architectures.
  • Foster innovation through rapid prototyping of novel agentic AI solutions and stay updated with the latest industry trends and academic breakthroughs.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI agents and multi-agent systems, including the implementation of agentic AI workflows and integration of emerging AI technologies for production.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
