Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at a well-established LNG plant in Darwin, NT.

This role involves planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks.

The successful candidate will have expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and fabrication trades, as well as proficiency in Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed maintenance plans and schedules, coordinating with various departments, and utilizing software such as SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project.

The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in the use of CMMS software
  • Experience with SAP, Prometheus, Oracle, Primavera P6, MS Excel, and MS Project
  • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to present information clearly and effectively
  • 10+ years of planning/scheduling experience in a similar hydrocarbon facility or related industry
