As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Shift Planning and Execution: Utilize Krispy Kreme's systems and processes to effectively plan and execute all shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels and efficient task allocation.
  • Tactical Leadership: Leverage your understanding of team members' skills and knowledge to provide guidance, support, and motivation during each shift, driving high-quality performance and adherence to standards.
  • Task Completion and Quality Assurance: Oversee the timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining stringent quality standards, collaborating with the Manufacturing Manager as needed to address any issues.
  • Labour Management: Work in conjunction with the Manufacturing Manager to optimize labour utilization, meeting predetermined targets and contributing to overall store success.
  • Employee Development and Support: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, providing constructive feedback, and promoting ongoing learning and development opportunities.
  • Communication and Briefings: Conduct regular team briefings and one-on-one meetings to keep employees informed and engaged, aligning their efforts with company goals and objectives.
  • Training and Development: Plan and lead learning activities tailored to individual and store needs, enhancing team members' skills and competencies.
  • Food Safety and Quality Control: Ensure that team members adhere to food safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe working environment and overseeing product quality to meet customer expectations.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility in adjusting to changing circumstances, including varying shift patterns, weekends, and holidays, to meet business demands.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
