Trainee Opportunity Overview

This is a chance to undertake a School–based Traineeship where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Embodying the values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and stock management
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages/orders
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a high-standard workplace environment

About You:

  • You possess good written and verbal communication skills
  • You are able to follow instructions and have enthusiasm and a great attitude
  • You are a team player and willing to give new things a go
  • You are willing to maintain a neat and tidy workplace

Working Hours:

The equivalent of one and a half days per week, with additional hours during school holidays available and recommended.

Saturday Availability Required.

This opportunity provides the chance to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in a real-world setting. You will be working alongside experienced professionals who can provide guidance and support as you complete your traineeship. As part of this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to your supervisor.
