We are seeking a skilled Specialist Radiographer to join our team, facilitating client screening mammography, diagnostic and further assessment imaging at BreastScreen Tasmania's Screening Unit site locations.
About the Role:- This position offers an opportunity for professional growth and development as a leading figure in the supervision of less experienced staff.
- You will be responsible for performing duties in line with the BreastScreen Australia Program, ensuring that high-quality services are maintained.
- Deliver exceptional client care through facilitation of screening mammography, diagnostic and further assessment imaging as required at designated sites.
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff, promoting a collaborative work environment.
- Maintain adherence to professional standards, ensuring the highest quality images and services are provided.
- Registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia is mandatory.
- A certificate of Clinical Proficiency in Mammography (CCPM) is highly regarded but not essential.
- Breast ultrasound skills are considered favourably.
- This is a fixed-term employment register for up to 12 months.
- Holidays are subject to clinical needs and availability.
- Appointments are available at one or more BreastScreen Tasmania locations.
