We are seeking a seasoned IT recruitment professional to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for advertising ICT roles, coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers, collaborating with HR business partners to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts, facilitating necessary paperwork and documentation processes, organizing comprehensive orientations and training sessions, conducting reference checks to ensure the suitability of potential hires, and collaborating with ICT leadership to understand departmental needs and requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advertising for ICT roles on various platforms
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers
  • Collaborating with HR business partners to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts
  • Facilitating necessary paperwork and documentation processes
  • Organizing comprehensive orientations and training sessions

  • Collaborating with ICT leadership to understand departmental needs and requirements
Requirements
  • Demonstrated IT recruitment experience, particularly with digital transformation projects
  • A strong understanding of IT roles, including familiarity with technical terminology
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with technical specialists and hiring managers
  • The ability to manage and prioritize a dynamic workload efficiently
  • Exceptional time management skills to meet deadlines and drive results
