- Works closely with functional development teams to troubleshoot, prioritize, and test product changes, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Interfaces with utilities' geographic information system (GIS) teams to extract, translate, and load electrical network models into the distribution management system.
- Collaborates with customer information system (CIS) teams to extract, translate, and load customer models into outage management systems.
- Configures and integrates software components to meet contract requirement specifications, conducting thorough tests with customers to ensure compliance.
- Delivers training sessions to customers on operating the delivered systems, ensuring a smooth transition to production.
- Provides technical support to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues observed on live systems, leveraging expertise to drive resolution.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of experience in a power system engineering role. They must also demonstrate proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving intricate systems issues in software applications.
