Mental Health Specialist

The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service is seeking to recruit a highly skilled mental health specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry.
This role involves providing expert medical assessment and management of patients within the department/service.
You will work collaboratively with a skilled team to provide the best possible care to our clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other health professionals.
You will participate in quality improvement activities relevant to the specialty and contribute to the development of high-quality patient care services.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to make a meaningful contribution to the mental health service and support the growth and development of clients.
Requirements:- Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) and/or equivalent specialist recognition as provided for by the Health Insurance Act 1973 and the relevant Award/Determination.
- Subspecialty training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Proven capacity and/or experience in the provision of effective high-quality service in the specialty.
- Teaching experience with undergraduate and postgraduate students and other staff of the hospital.
This position requires applicants to have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care services and working effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment.
