Position Summary:

This role oversees the strategic management and operation of our campaign system. It involves analytical skills to provide timely insights from data, high-level decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with experience in managing daily, tactical control of campaign systems. Tertiary qualifications or extensive hands-on experience in a contact centre is required. This position requires advanced computer literacy, strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

About the Role:

  • Campaign Management: Ensure smooth daily management and operation of the campaign system
  • Campaign Reporting: Produce forecast models and maintain intraday staffing management process
  • Contact Centre Management: Monitor contact centre operations and make recommendations for resource allocation
  • Workforce Planning: Adjust schedules to accommodate breaks, annual leave, training, and other staff requirements

About You:

  • Required Skills and Qualifications: 3 years' experience managing campaign systems, tertiary qualifications or extensive hands-on experience, advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Key Responsibilities: Analyse campaign performance, produce forecast models, monitor contact centre operations, adjust schedules, manage interdepartmental communications
