We are seeking a seasoned underwriting professional to manage and grow our financial lines business in Melbourne and Brisbane offices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and expand a profitable book of business through strategic underwriting and relationship-building.
- Establish and maintain strong broker and customer relationships, fostering collaboration and driving growth.
- Underwrite assigned accounts with meticulous analysis and documentation, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 4 years of experience in financial lines underwriting, solid underwriting fundamentals, and specialties in D&O and Professional Indemnity. Strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to present complex information effectively, are also essential.
