We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Expert to enhance our customer success initiatives. This strategic role involves consulting with enterprise customers on procurement best practices, guiding them through post-implementation value realization, and helping them achieve their procurement digital transformation goals.

Job Description

This high-impact, customer-facing position focuses on driving adoption, advocacy, and business value from our platform. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Consulting customers on industry best practices and strategies around procurement implementation and optimization.
  2. Driving post-implementation value realization by aligning customer procurement objectives with solution capabilities.
  3. Understanding, mapping, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as spend under management, realized savings, process automation, supplier performance, and compliance rates to customer outcomes.
  4. Leading strategic business reviews, value realization workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidates should possess strong executive presence, commercial mindset, and experience supporting renewals, expansions, and customer advocacy. A background in procurement, S2P consulting, or related fields is essential. Familiarity with change management, value realization frameworks, and strategic program management is also desirable.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5–15 years of experience in procurement, S2P consulting, procurement excellence, procurement COE, customer advisory, or procurement transformation roles.
  • Prior experience consulting or advising CPOs, CFOs, procurement COEs, or transformation leaders.
  • A deep understanding of procurement digital transformation KPIs and value drivers.
  • A background working with leading S2P platforms.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
