Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovation: Identify and implement emerging technologies to continuously improve system performance.
  • Mentorship: Lead and mentor engineering teams to elevate performance standards across the organisation.

About the Role:

This high-performance engineering lead role is perfect for someone who has 10+ years of experience in performance engineering, particularly in high-volume, low-latency environments.

The ideal candidate will have advanced skills in optimising large-scale distributed systems, databases, and networks, as well as hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, New Relic, Grafana, and similar platforms.

A strong understanding of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++) and scripting for automation is essential, along with experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and an in-depth understanding of operating systems and distributed architectures.
