**Job Role Summary**

As Parts Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of parts operations within the branch, including sales growth, warehousing, logistics, and customer satisfaction.

You will provide leadership and direction through policy and procedures, business plans, and company values to create a cohesive team environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and standards in all parts operations.
- Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure high service levels for internal stakeholders.
- Manage aged stock clearance for faster moving lines and improve inventory turnover.
- Liaise with head office to ensure timely deliveries of part orders.
- Analyze and improve branch parts performance and operating standards to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement systems and processes that support cost-effective inventory management, quality control, and customer delivery.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Certificate III in Automotive Sales or equivalent (desirable)
- Strong understanding of parts interpretation, inventory control, and warehouse/parts logistics
- Extensive experience with ERP systems like Infor M3 and complex software applications
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for working with internal and external customers
- Leadership and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
