This full-time position involves working closely with our retail stores to drive category innovation and deliver sales goals. You will be responsible for supporting category managers in planning and executing product strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to improve product performance, and maintaining data integrity.

As a key member of our team, you will participate in regular category reviews, promotional planning, marketing sessions, and pricing meetings. You will also work closely with our store development team to planogram and produce the POP guide, and support the production of the catalogue process.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders. You should have strong Microsoft Office skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and be able to multitask and prioritize within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

While tertiary education is preferable, it is not essential. What matters most is your passion for product procurement and category management, and your ability to deliver results in a collaborative and innovative team environment.
