Editor (Video News) Position

This role is responsible for creating high-quality video content for news programs using AVID Media Composer.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, be proficient in editing software, and have a passion for delivering engaging visual content within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Editing news broadcasts, including voiceovers, graphics, and packages.
  • Compiling vision for archive and ensuring edited material meets technical standards.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to resolve potential technical issues.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in media or communications.
