
Water Asset Condition Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Condition Monitoring Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking condition assessments of our water assets, recording results in computerised maintenance management systems and other relevant tools.
This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with our maintenance teams across multiple sites.
The Condition Monitoring Specialist will play a pivotal role in delivering the ongoing integrity and performance of our critical water infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake condition monitoring for manufactured water assets
- Plan and coordinate with supervisors to prioritise condition assessments
- Coordinate the delivery of condition monitoring work packages
- Assist with maintenance and shutdown planning
- Provide planning, reporting, and support to the line manager
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors for condition monitoring activities
- Recommend improvements to condition assessment methods and maintenance management systems
- Coordinate opportunistic condition monitoring with ongoing operations
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and escalate matters promptly
- Assist with plant commissioning, operations, optimisation, and performance
Requirements:
- Either a Trade Certificate in Instrumentation/Electrical or a degree in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of Quality, Environmental and Safety Management Systems
- Understanding of ISO quality assurance systems and processes
- Proven experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance
