Role Overview:

You will be working as a lead in our engineering team, focusing on the development and delivery of cutting-edge solutions for customer contact centres.

We are looking for an experienced technologist who can drive innovation and shape the future of our technology stack.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of engineers and contribute to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and motivate the team to deliver their mission, working with product owners to refine and realise product visions.
  • Provide strategic technology leadership, guiding the team with your expertise to navigate complex challenges.
  • Ensure the team has adequate technical resources, including the right tools, technologies, and support to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Foster an environment of fast decision-making and effective collaboration and communication, enabling the team to respond quickly to changing needs.
  • Collaborate with other team leads to problem-solve across the business and deliver shared objectives.

Requirements:

  • A passionate technologist experienced in shaping and delivering digital technology strategies in large scalable environments.
  • A hands-on technologist, prepared to get involved with the tools where it makes sense.
  • A background as a full-stack/full-cycle engineer with experience in modern technology stacks such as AWS, Typescript, Azure AI Foundry.
  • Experience working in contact centre environments, especially with Microsoft Contact Centre stack or equivalent.
