Assistant Coordinator Job

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to work as an Assistant Coordinator in a primary school-aged care setting.



About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a difference in their lives. As an Assistant Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing your own program, creating engaging experiences for the children, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the Coordinator to deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of the children.
  • Develop and implement enriching activities that promote learning and fun.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as completing documentation and responding to parent enquiries.
  • Foster positive relationships with the school community, including teachers, parents, and other staff members.


Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working in child care or education is highly desirable.
