Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Implement Test Automation Frameworks: Develop and maintain efficient and effective test automation frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Provide Thought Leadership on Testing Automation Tools and Processes: Stay up-to-date with the latest testing automation tools and technologies, and provide guidance and recommendations to the team on best practices.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with our development, marketing, support, and operations teams to design, develop, execute, and maintain automation scripts, promoting an automation-first approach.
  • Deliver and Report on Automation Testing Activities: Develop and execute test plans, and provide regular reporting on automation testing activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Develop and Implement Technical Improvement Initiatives: Work with the Head of Quality Assurance to develop and implement a roadmap of technical improvement initiatives across testing frameworks, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate on User Interface Test Automation: Work with delivery teams to implement user interface test automation across web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Drive Change in Automation Testing: Identify opportunities to improve automation testing processes and drive change within the organization, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Manage Automated Regression Test Cases: Create and maintain automated regression test cases, test data, and test results, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Automation Testing: Proven experience in automation testing, with a strong understanding of testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Prior Experience in Coaching and Mentoring: Experience in coaching and mentoring automation testers, with a strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in Russian Language: Fluency in the Russian language is highly advantageous, as our development team primarily speaks Russian.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to identify potential points of failure and improve testing processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to document test cases, data, and results.
  • Ability to Identify Testing Pain Points: Ability to identify testing pain points and assist in implementing improvements to these areas.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to provide recommendations to the wider team regarding process changes.
Preferred Skills
