Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner.

Our residents are at the heart of everything we do, and we want our carers to share this focus. You will work closely with the clinical, lifestyle and hospitality teams to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

As a Personal Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting residents with daily tasks, promoting independence and dignity, and providing emotional support and companionship.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- 1 year experience in the Australian Aged Care Sector
- Excellent work ethic, ability to work in a team and follow set safety procedures at all times
- Excellent safety awareness to avoid our residents tripping, falling or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears
- Ability to think on your feet ensuring our residents are the main focus
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR have completed 1st year nursing studies
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
