Role Overview

The HR People Partner will be responsible for providing HR services to the Retail and Consumer Division, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and development, and benefits administration.

Key Activities

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Law or Psychology.
