**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Tech Business Analyst - Privacy / Records Management, you'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding customer information and streamlining critical processes. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand privacy and records management needs, translating them into actionable requirements for technology solutions.
- Partnering with engineering and QA teams to develop cutting-edge systems that protect customer data and streamline record-keeping processes.
- Defining detailed system requirements and use cases to ensure accurate and compliant data management.
- Working closely with stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring the final design aligns with their needs and expectations.
- Contributing to product testing and resolving any issues that arise to ensure successful implementation.

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 5+ years of business analysis experience with a focus on technical skills, data analysis, and system functional and non-functional analysis.
- Prior experience in privacy compliance or a data-driven industry is desirable.
- Extensive experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile methodologies.
- A deep understanding of technology and business systems, with a focus on data privacy and compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
