Senior Manager Property Supplier Assurance and Governance Lead | Multiple locations



We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager Property Supplier Assurance and Governance Lead to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the assurance and governance processes related to property supplier management.



This role involves designing and implementing assurance programs, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and establishing governance frameworks to monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers. You will be responsible for:




  • Establishing and maintaining governance frameworks to monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers and service providers.
  • Managing the assurance and governance function within the property service supplier team to ensure high standards of service delivery and compliance are achieved.
  • Reviewing quality findings and ensuring adherence to standards and regulations, taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and reliability of the property supply chain.
  • Identifying and managing risks within the supply chain, implementing strategies to mitigate potential disruptions.

  • Demonstrated ability to partner, collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships, whilst leading a team and influence outcomes.
  • Strategic leadership experience in supplier management, supply chain operations, or related field.
  • Proven track record of driving performance improvement and cost optimization within a supply chain environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards related to property supply chain operations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers as well as the ability to provide solutions meeting stakeholder expectations.
