Store Manager Job Description">

At our retail store, we're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead and inspire a team of passionate casuals. The successful candidate will drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs), customer engagement, and team member coaching and development.

This is a high-profile role that requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the business. If you have a proven track record in driving sales and KPIs, are operationally excellent, and have experience managing rosters and wage control, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of casuals to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPIs, and customer engagement.">
  • Monitor store sales to achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.">
  • Effectively manage wage costs in store, adhering to weekly wage targets and company rostering standards.">
  • Coach and mentor team members to maintain high team morale and encourage individual development.">
  • Ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national legislation.">
