About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly professional Security Officer to provide excellent customer service and emergency response to one of our retail assets in Ipswich. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-level security and customer service duties
  • Guarding, patrolling, monitoring, and controlling assigned premises
  • Responding to emergencies, alarm events, and calls for assistance
  • Assessing and responding to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

Roster

The successful candidate will work a 4 on 4 off roster, with 2 days and 2 nights.

Requirements

  • Current Security License - Crowd Control
  • Control Room License
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
