**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the General and Acute Care Medicine (GACM) Flexible Approach to Training in Expanded Settings (FATES) project. The successful candidate will have oversight of the project to ensure all deliverables are met within the required time.
The FATES projects aim to map and describe RACP GACM accredited training sites, medical workforce, and specialist medical workforce delivering clinical services throughout Australia.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Map and Describe the RACP GACM accredited training sites
- Describe the medical workforce that fills the accredited GACM Advanced Physician Training (APT) roles
- Map and describe the specialist medical workforce delivering General Medicine clinical services
- Lead the consultation and renewal of the GACM APT accreditation standards
The position requires experience developing effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders, proven negotiation skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 5 years of experience working within similar scope and responsibilities.
