This position involves being a bridge between business and technical teams, solving complex integration issues with Workday systems. You will be working closely with clients to guide them through all phases of implementation, from transformation to operation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reinforcing company policies and procedures within the team.
  • Organizing project workstreams, driving tasks, and ensuring efficient completion to achieve project goals.
  • Facilitating design sessions, making configuration decisions based on best practices, and understanding client requirements.
  • Engaging with clients throughout all phases, ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to Workday HCM.
  • Maintaining multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping clients, project teams, and managers informed of changes or progress.
  • Taking a leadership role on projects as needed.
  • Demonstrating hands-on expertise in software, including loading client data, moving configurations, and configuring business processes and security.

We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in consulting, preferably with Workday Integration, Studio TM, and CCTPP TM certification.
