Job Title:

Northern Territory Rehabilitation Manager
  • This is a leadership role that requires a strong passion for rehabilitation services and operational performance.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals in the delivery of rehabilitation services across the Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive operational performance deliverables, including customer outcomes, revenue growth, and customer engagement.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for our Workers Compensation scheme insurer and agents.

Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of experience in occupational rehabilitation.
  • 2 years of people management experience.
  • Current accreditation or membership as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist.
  • Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation.
