About the Position

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide essential care to older people in their homes, enabling them to live independently and improve their quality of life.

This role is perfect for those who have a passion for delivering exceptional care and supporting individuals in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Provide assistance with showering and dressing, ensuring our clients feel comfortable and confident in their own homes.
  • Daily Tasks: Help with meal preparation, light house cleaning, and other domestic duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Transportation and Shopping: Offer transportation to appointments and assist with shopping, ensuring our clients have access to essential services and amenities.
  • Medication Administration: Assist with medication administration, following established protocols and procedures to ensure client safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Caregiving Experience: Prior experience in aged or community care is an advantage, but not necessary. We welcome applications from individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for building strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility is key in this role, as you will need to adapt to changing client needs and circumstances.
  • Qualifications: A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support is preferred, but we can support you in obtaining this qualification if needed.
