About the Role
  • Provide high-level technical support to customers across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific region.
  • Develop bespoke customer applications using advanced software and controls.
  • Maintain and update product knowledge of all DEIF products.

This role requires strong communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support customer commissioning in field and remote locations.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues related to DEIF products.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • University degree in electrical engineering or relevant field experience.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC or Microprocessor based controls, software, and logic.
  • Familiarity with microgrids, power generation control, and protection of power distribution systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Current Australian driver's license and right to work in Australia.
