About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Streaming Manager to join our team at ABC. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and managing the curation of content on our main page and Adults section on ABC iview.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Programming and Platform & Metadata teams to optimize curation by reviewing content mix, informed by performance analysis and programming priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing daily plans to optimize search and personalization, including maintenance of ABC iview planning documents and metadata entry.
- Utilizing rails, rail titles, playlists, and other levers to curate collections and audience offerings, prioritizing content in line with content strategy.
- Collaborating with the Metadata & Platform team to continuously improve functionality and efficiency.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced Streaming Manager with significant knowledge and skills in program scheduling, rights, and operational requirements. You will have exceptional experience implementing distribution procedures and programming strategies.
Key requirements include:
- Expert analytical and research skills, with the ability to compile information of a specialist nature.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to provide effective operational support.
