Key Position: Area Manager
Job Description:This is a key leadership role that requires an experienced professional to oversee and manage various centres in Southern Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding, supporting and mentoring staff members to ensure the successful running of the centres.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and team management, with experience in developing and implementing programs, systems and operational processes. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with staff, directors and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent approved ACECQA qualification.
- 3 years experience within the industry.
- Previous experience as an area manager.
- A current First Aid Certificate.
- A sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Above award salary + additional incentives.
- Child care assistance.
- Professional development assistance.
This is a full-time permanent position, working 10-12 hour shifts, with performance bonuses available. Relocation to Sutherland NSW is required.
