Executive Director of Special Programs

As Head of Special Services, you will oversee activities and tasks including managing high-quality advice and support, leading the Inclusion/Special Education Program, and coordinating intensive targeted teaching for students requiring intervention.
You will also provide high-quality advice, coordinate case management for students, and support classroom teachers and other school staff. Additionally, you will participate in school decision-making processes, implement and coordinate systems to monitor students with disability, and form partnerships with parents and community groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and Coordinate Advice and Support
- Lead the Inclusion/Special Education Program
- Provide High-Quality Advice on Reasonable Adjustments
- Coordinate Intensive Targeted Teaching
- Support Case Management for Students
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and students to drive student success.
