Outside of School Hours Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Outside of School Hours Care Assistant. In this role, you will work collaboratively with our experienced staff to provide high-quality care and support to children in a fun and engaging environment.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Coordinator with daily tasks, providing quality care and supervision to children, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team culture.
- To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for working with children.

About the Role:
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Coordinator with daily tasks, including programming, administration, and communication with parents and staff.
- Provide quality care and supervision to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, supporting colleagues and promoting a sense of community.
- AACECQA-recognised qualification in childcare or education, or willingness to undertake further study.
- Previous experience in a childcare or educational setting, preferably in a leadership or coordinator role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and staff.
- Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
