About the Role

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team at HealthX, a leading healthcare recruitment agency in Australia. As a Registered Nurse with HealthX, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings across regional NSW, including general medical, general surgical, accident and emergency, theatre, aged care, geriatric, and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive work environment that promotes professional growth and development
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of Registered Nurse experience is essential for 482 Visa Sponsorship
  • Eligible for AHPRA Registration
  • High standard of spoken English
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate and prioritize workload
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience providing patient-centred care
