Job Title:

Client Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greeting and welcoming residents, visitors, and families with a friendly demeanor, creating a positive atmosphere.
  • Managing incoming calls, directing them to relevant departments or individuals, handling inquiries efficiently.
  • Scheduling appointments for residents to see medical professionals, therapists, or service providers as needed.
  • Registering and monitoring visitors, ensuring security protocols are followed.
  • Providing information and assistance to residents and their families, addressing queries and concerns, connecting them with staff members when necessary.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, such as rostering, filing, data entry, maintaining records, mail, and deliveries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to manage rostering and team member allocations.
  • Experience using employee scheduling software.
