Site Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Land Professional to lead our land acquisition strategy.
This key role involves identifying, researching and appraising new sites for development opportunities. The successful candidate will possess strong commercial acumen to assess project viability through liaison with internal teams on benchmarking, costing and terms.
You will be responsible for communicating site information effectively to cross-functional teams and regularly reviewing and updating site valuations and budgets to reflect current proposals and market values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams to evaluate project feasibility
- Negotiate and agree prices and terms with vendors and agents
- Communicate site information to each team
- Review and update site valuations and budgets
- Chair land meetings and engage with consultants
- Foster effective relationships and interact seamlessly with stakeholders
Requirements:
- Significant experience in Land Management within the New Homes Development sector
- Comprehensive understanding of land purchase processes and relevant legislations
- Awareness of design and construction processes
- Degree in a relevant field, e.g., Real Estate, Town Planning, Urban Planning, etc.
