  • We offer a comprehensive 3-month induction program, which includes continued support and training, allowing you to collaborate, learn, and grow professionally.
  • You'll be paired with an ECT Buddy to provide an extra layer of support as you settle into your role.
  • Join our Community Connection Sessions to network with other ECTs, Teacher Registration Partners, and Practice Partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to hold:

  • An ACECQA-approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor, or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Alternatively, working towards the above qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Teacher's Registration or eligible to apply
