Our Induction Program

Our First Steps induction program is specifically designed for new Early Childhood Teachers, providing three months of continued support and training. You'll have time to settle into your role, collaborate with colleagues, and grow professionally.

Our program includes:

  • A dedicated ECT Buddy to support you in your role
  • Community Connection Sessions to network with other teachers and partners
  • Access to our Online Learning Lounge with over 70 hours of professional development

Requirements

To be successful, you'll need to hold:

  • An ACECQA approved Graduate Diploma, Bachelor or Masters of Teaching (Early Childhood)
  • Alternatively, be working towards the above qualification
