Job Overview
Join a dynamic team as a Senior Architectural Drafter to contribute to the development of construction drawings, revisions and documentation for residential, townhouse and project home drafting projects. Key qualifications include experience in low-rise residential drafting with proficiency in ArchiCAD, solid understanding of Australian Standards and building codes, excellent communication and coordination skills. Responsibilities include producing construction drawings, revising drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers and construction teams, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. As a key member of the design team, you will assist architects in design development and documentation phases, prepare conceptual sketches and 3D models to communicate design ideas. Additionally, you will coordinate with other disciplines such as civil and structural engineers, planners etc. for integrated designs. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in low-rise residential drafting
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD with strong documentation skills
  • Solid understanding of Australian Standards and building codes
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
